ProLeads AI Lead Guarantee & Cancellation Policy


🔴 Zero-Tolerance Chargeback Policy

- Disputing a charge will automatically ban you from our payment processor.

- This is irreversible – once flagged, you cannot process payments with us or any other business using this processor.

- We cannot appeal or reverse bans – it’s controlled 100% by the payment provider.

- Always email us first at info@proleads-ai.com to resolve billing issues.


✅ Qualifying for Lead Replacements

You must meet ALL these criteria:

1. Contact Attempts:

- ☎️ 3+ phone calls (spread over at least 2 different days)

- 📲 2+ SMS texts (sent at different times)

- 🎤 Left 1+ voicemail (if call wasn’t answered)

2. 12-Hour Rule:

- First contact attempt must be within 12 hours of lead delivery.

- *Example:* Lead arrives at 9 AM → You must call/text by 9 PM.

3. Proof Required:

- 📸 Screenshots of call logs and text threads with timestamps.

- For wrong location: Google Maps screenshot showing distance >30 miles.

4. 5-Day Deadline:

- Submit replacement requests to info@proleads-ai.com within 5 days of lead delivery.


Non-Refundable Situations

No replacements or refunds for:

- Leads contacted after 12 hours of delivery.

- Leads where you made fewer than 3 calls + 2 texts

- Subscription fees (cancel anytime, but no prorated refunds).


⚠️ Fraud Prevention

- Fake proof (edited screenshots, false claims) = $200 penalty fee + account review.

- Excessive replacement requests (>20% of leads/month) = Mandatory audit


📝 Cancellation Process

1. Email-only to info@proleads-ai.com (subject: "CANCEL MY ACCOUNT").

2. Chargebacks will trigger:

- $300 dispute fee

- Collections for unpaid balances

- Payment processor ban
